I also like the second one – it looks more balanced.

I love it fuller! But then again, I love full ballgowns so I am biased. Also, if it saves a hem, all the better!

I voted for the smaller slip. The bodice hits at a spot where the fuller slip doesn’t quite look right. And its still a ballgown with the smaller!

    I prefer the second one.

But, I personally really don’t like supperrrr crazy poofy dresses because I like the idea of hugging my fiance/husband without giant fluff getting in the way (however, I think you look AMAZING in that dress!).

Also, you seem so petite, the big crinoline seems to swallow you up. The second one is much more balanced.

I feel like the first crinoline highlights the DRESS, and the second allows YOU to be the center of attention.

HOWEVER…. $300 for a hem seems outrageously crazy and totally not worth it. The comments I made were based on the side-by-side comparison of the two crinolines…. if I had only seen one version, I would have told you that you look absolutely perfect (which you do, in both slips!!). So, I personally would go with the first just for the price factor (but, our budget is small and $300 is a LOT to me).

The second looks nicer on you. Maybe it ‘s the matter of light. BUt the color is prettier.

I like the first one, what kind of slips did you use for both shapes?
