My dad is a HUGE Bob Dylan fan. We grew up with him on our stereo every Sunday morning. My sister and my dad danced to “Forever Young” but it was the Rod Stewart version.
I think I want to do “To Make You Feel My Love” since that was written by Dylan but we’ll play the Adele version. Is that too love songy though? I didn’t think it was, but my mom does. She asked why we don’t just do Forever Young like my sister did — but I don’t want to copy…however it is the perfect song.
We are doing the father/daughter dance at the same time as the mother/son dance.

@Wannabe-diy-bride: Thank you for posting this! I do love Adele, and I love her cover (I voted for it above).
My fiance and I are also doing a father/daughter mother/son dance at the same time and we are confused about which song to play.

To Make You Feel My Love is one of our songs, (FI and I). We are using it during the ceremony. I thnk because I have such romantic associations with it, it seems a little weird to use as a father daughter dance song.
But I love Forever Young for the father daughter dance. go with that.
PS. FI is a huge Dylan fan as well. I thought he was the only one. hehehe
