    West Hollywood all the way.

ETA: I guess I should clarify!  I lived in Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach for many years. Both are super fun beach town.  HOWEVER.  When I was in my 20’s and we wanted to really party, like have a “big night out”, we ALWAYS went to West Hollywood. That was a decade ago (or more:) and from what I can see on Bravo, there are tons of fun hotels with rooftop pools:)  There are no hotels with outdoor pools in MB as far as I know.

A lot of people are starting to do parties in Palm Springs!

San Diego has some pretty nice options too. Have you looked into the Gaslamp District? Pretty affordable with a lot to do in/around the area.

If you’re going to do LA/West Hollywood, just do your research, but it’s definitely a good time for clubbing.

Definitely WeHo!  It’s my go-to spot whenever I’m in need of a fun time.  Hop on Trip Advisor to seek out the best hotels.

Hmmm, my vote is for Manhattan/Hermosa if the party is in the summer. There’s nothing like SoCal beach bar parties!

    I also love San Diego.

Weho can be big fun, but not as laid back- your group will have an easy time if you all have the Hollywood look- otherwise, L.A. nightlife can be tough and that’s no fun when you want a guaranteed good time!
