@sunshinewish15:  I love all of your options, but I think lamb can be a little polarizing. I would choose the rib fillet (ribeye in America) and either the pork or chicken. In the US, chicken is more popular than pork, so that’s what I would lean toward.

I voted chicken and steak as I think you can’t go wrong with them, most people will like either or. I loved the sound of the lamb dish but not everyone likes lamb and the moroccan spices again might put some people off.

I would do the chicken and the beef since that will appeal to most people. However, I would omit the feta in the chicken and consider having the beef cooked so that it’s not char grilled since charred meat is carcinogenic( http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/factsheet/Risk/cooked-meats).

Chicken and Steak are the safest – most people like at least one or the other (people swap with their neighbour if they need to)

@sunshinewish15:  Yeah, I didn’t know about that until relatively recently but it’s been getting a lot more press now. It seems like scientists are just now realizing that it’s an issue. It’s definitely made me rethink my cooking techniques and what I order at restaurants. I’m sure your chef can suggest an alternate way to cook it, as otherwise it sounds really delicious!

Do you have a fish and/or vegetarian option as well?

I see you’re in Aus so i would go with the lamb – every aussie loves lamb! Would def go chicken as not everyone likes red meat – and would pair it with the lamb – normally i would choos steak but steak is risky at a wedding with having it cooked well – every wedding i’ve been to thats served steak has been overcooked.

No chicken for me… never ever get it at weddings or restaurants. It’s definitely a safe choice but I’d go for any of the other 3. Some people might be hesitant on the lamb & pork but it sounds yummy!
