I tried on wedding dresses and found two that I really like. They are two completly different styles so I’m very confused.
Style 1: Fit and flare with long train. I feel it is sexier than the second dress and the bead work is gorgeous. Plus I love the plunging back.
Style 2: Classic tulle ball gown. I feel this is more traditional. The bodice is stunning and sparkly which I love but I feel it hides my body. I like my body so I wanted to show it a little more. My mother made a point about how I’m getting married in a Castle and this might fit the venue more. Plus I’m never going to be able to wear a dress like this again.
I am very confused! SOS.

The waist on the ballgown elongates you more than the fit/flare. I know it’s not the proper size, but the first dress makes you look shorter through the middle and is less flattering.
The 2nd gown is much better at highlighting your lovely figure and seems to be more proportional, over all. Plus, I love that kerchief skirt.

rose12 : ballgown. the fit and flares makes you look very straight – you don’t have a very large hip-to-wait ratio, and (imo) fitted dresses look best on women who have some curve to their waist and hips. the ballgown gives you a bit more shape.

I’m not usually a fan of ballgowns, but I am totally team ballgown on this one! I love the horsehair tulle and it definitel elongates you figure.

i typically always love the fit and flare style over everything. But the ballgown is so gorgeous compared to the other dress. The Ballgown is stunning with the bedding and the layers.

Oh the ball gown . I admit I am biassed in favour of ballgowns anyway , but there is no question that this one is better than the first – though the first is so much too big for you it is hard to give it it’s due.
Either dress looks great and I ams so relieved that “showing your body off’ , which I always find not terribly apppropriate at one’s wedding ceremony, didn’t mean see-through lingerie-look !
