Hi! I loveee weddingbee! Every bride, bride-to-be are so helpful with their ideas, suggestions, and creativity. I visit this site daily for inspiration but find myself at a loss for more. I typically turn to theknot when there are no new posts.
What other websites do you refer to for inspiration and ideas? Help!!
thanks a bunch!

I use http://www.theknot.com They don’t have everything you may need, but it is really helpful!

Other wedding websites besides Weddingbee?!

I like stylemepretty.com quite a bit (although nothing compares to the Bee, of course!).

http://bklynbride.blogspot.com/ On the left she lists a bunch of other great sites – Classic Bride being another favorite of mine.
And I learned about these great sites from links on the fabulous WB posts.

I’ve been using http://www.weddingchannel.com for my guest list, budget, to-do list, etc. but that’s because it’s what I found and liked first.
I also have a wedding website through http://www.wedshare.com. I guess I’m more interested in utility than inspiration…probably because I’ve become addicted to wedding magazines.

I use http://www.projectwedding.com. A friend told me about it and I was able to find a lot of prospective vendors there.

This is the only one I come to, to chat. The Knot hasn’t been very helpful (or kind for that matter) to myself and other friends of mine.
I use http://www.museweddings.com for budget
http://www.wedshare.com for my wedding website and I love it – very much worth the $70 I paid for it for the year
I have my own blog, I’m sure no ones interested in really…lol – it’s not very helpful just fin for me.
I find stuff with google more then anything other then the Bee.

I just recently found this site and I love it. I posted one time on the knot and got completey ripped apart by these mean posters. It was really upsetting (I’m a wee bit sensitive …) and there was NO reason for their extreme bitchiness. I’m now boycotting them out of general principal. Sweeney2be- I’m glad I’m not alone (although they really need to do something about that …!)
http://www.Stumbleupon.com has this toolbar you can upload and it lets you stumble on random webistes for your specified interests. One category is "weddings" dand I found sooo many sites through this, including this one.
I also found http://www.truebridalconfessions.com which isn’t a planning site, but is really cool and cathartic.

yeah, theknot ladies can be *really* mean. gotta be careful.
jen, i also love trudebrideconfessions.com, as well as stupidweddingcrap.com! the former seems to be down right now, unfortunately.

I adore Indiebride. The advice is so helpful and I’m swapping with a lot of brides, so it’s been a huge blessing our budget! http://kvetch.indiebride.com/

I’d list them all, but that would take way too long. I keep a blogroll of my favorites on my website though. http://lifeseventful.com/links/
I usually check Weddingbee first, then Snippet and Ink, Offbeat Bride, then Etsy Wedding. I really seem to enjoy blogs the most since I discover new sites every time I visit.

You should dig around Weddingbee a bit for some great resources – Mrs. Bee has put together a list of good Weddingblogs and Resources. You can find them here-
I also like The Brides Cafe and DCNearlyweds.
