I’m sorry! 🙁 Thats awful. I’ve had pneumonia 4 times (yeah…lucky me) and it’s no fun. Hope you feel better soon (and it will get better soon)!

I have a terrible headache that I can’t seem to get rid of in spite of the few excedrin migraines I have taken 🙁

That sucks! Feel better soon!

…Can we whine about anything, or does it have to be sickness-related? 😉

I’ll whine…though not about health things…

I had a student in my study skills class last semester who didn’t pass with the required C, and now wants me to somehow work some kind of magic to allow him to enter into a class in which my class is a pre-req.  Sure, let me pull my magic want out of my butt.  Come on, it’s study skills.  It’s not that hard.  Had you shown up for class and did the work, you would have passed easily.  GRRR.

Okay, I will gripe about something health related…had the gallbladder out on 12-21.  Was told by my surgeon I could start exercising today.  But then got told by the PA when I went in to ask a question or two that I shouldn’t exercise if it uses my abdominal muscles so I don’t get a hernia…seriously, how do you exercise without using your abs in some way?!

@unixfairy: whine away girl!!

and I’ll whine with you!! I woke up wtih a bout of vertigo…first time having it without having a cold or flu of some sort…but I did have a pretty bad cold 2 weeks ago.  The room has finally stopped spinning and I don’t feel so “floaty” anymore.  It was ridiculous this morning, everytime I try to walk somewhere I gravitate towards my left and kept ramming into the wall lol.

SO had pnuemonia a few months ago. His Dr. said he was a day or two from ending up in the hospital. He’s been having issues with his blood pressure. My dad was in the hospital from Jan 7-Jan 11. I stayed with him. When I came home, my granddaughter was laying in the middle of floor sobbing……. She had an ear infection and wanted me. SO had texted me the night before begging me to come home. He’s trying to quit smoking and she was driving him up the wall. So I come home and she tells me that she HATED me for being gone and ignored me the whole night. Now we are friends again.

I wake up in a sweat this morning. Either SO or his brother, who is living with us  temporarily, turned the furnace up to 85 degrees. Really?????????
