I’ll be wearing this gown on my wedding day in “champagne”, which is pretty much a fancy way of saying ivory (it also has pewter beading). my wedding colors are white and silver (winter wonderland theme wedding), and my BM’s will be wearing pewter. my question is this- i’ve already ordered my bouquets.
the BM’s will be holding bouquets of white hydrangeas with silver willows and crystals… my bouquet is made of white roses, white orchids, white stefanotis with mini crystals, and some white ostrich feathers tucked into the edges.
i looove the bouquet, but now i’m second guessing holding a white bouquet with an ivory gown. i don’t want my gown to look yellow! any suggestions?? i want to keep the same flowers… but what colors? my other options are having the flowers sprayed navy blue by the florist or deep red.

i love the idea of a bouquet that pops! something red or deep deep blue. have you ever thought of something pearl and inorganic?
me likey so much!

I would say the deep red would look best with your dress. But instead of spraying them, maybe just use red roses? I’m not sure if the other flowers in your bouquet come in red though.

Hello! My daughter wore the same wedding dress as you in “Diamond White” which was ivory colored. Her bouquet was white and it looked great! 🙂

White flowers are rarely WHITE. They have range of creamy greeny tones, which take the edge of the starkness of white. Also, I don’t think that the colour of your dress will seem yellow, it seems from the picture anyway, that the tones aren’t really yellow, perhaps almost more a pinkish champagne??
I think, like in the photo posted above, that it will look lovely.

I think there is a type of rose that is an off white. You can ask for that. You can see the flowers actually look more yellow then my dess!
Here is my bouquet with my ivory dress:
