I too love both! however.. for my wedding set I went with white gold because most of my other jewelry is white gold or silver, so no matter what I wore.. with accessories and such it would match, Also I loved the contrast of the white gold with my deep blue sapphire. I am looking at getting a 2MM rose gold band for a RHR, so when I am not wearing my E-Ring (hiking, camping, swimming etc…) I can wear the rose gold band with my white gold wedding band, so I would have the best of both worlds!!! I love the look of mixed metals!

I’ve had my white gold set for 3.5 years and haven’t had to redip them yet. They still look very white.

I prefer yellow, then after that probably undipped white (love that buttery hue), then rose then dipped white

I have yellow gold so I technically can’t really talk lol.
But I would definitely keep in mind what skin tone you have. White gold usually looks best with more pale or cool skin tones where rose gold looks best with more olive or warm skin tones. That’s one of the reasons I picked yellow gold because it goes well with my olive skin 🙂

I like rose gold better than white gold. I honestly like yellow gold the best.

To me, rose gold does not have the same classic, timelessness as yellow or white gold. My rings are platinum, mostly for the durability, and I really love the look.

I prefer white, because I find it matches everything g and does not attract the eye as much/less flash than yellow or rose.I also prefer light stones, same reason.

I used to be die hard white gold. Until we went to try on rings. I fell in love with the warmer tone. My ring is rose gold but I love yellow too! My mom has a yellow gold solitaire and the more I thought about it, the more I loved the warmer look. I went with rose bc it is very much so “me”. But yellow was a top runner as well! My rose gold is 18k gold I think it is less pink looking but still not totally yellow which was what I wanted.

I wanted to love rose gold, but it looked awful on me. 🤢 So my engagement ring is platinum and my wedding band is 18k white gold.

I am definitely a rose gold kind of gal, and that goes for all my jewelry. I think white gold can be lovely on other people, but it doesn’t do much for me personally.

I think rose gold is lovely but white gold/platinum is my preference for everyday.
