The yellow gold is more striking imo! They are both beautiful but for low maintenance yellow is the way to go! I actually just got my wedding band in today and it looks like this one but mines in rose gold with lab diamonds. GL and whichever you choose it will be stunning!

Just a thought to add into the mix – if you do a manual job, you might want to think about getting a plain band to wear to work anyway – I don’t know how tough your job is, but my ring gets a pretty tough deal at work, and I don’t think it would survive if it were stone set!

Yes, this. I wear a silicone band to work to protect my fingers and my real rings.

it looks even prettier in yellow gold! I love this!

The yellow gold looks great! I’m always a sucker for yellow gold though. I’m biased!

I think the white gold would match your hubby’s ring better, but I much prefer the yellow gold. Easier to see all the beautiful details and less maintenence.

I never usually choose yellow gold, but in this scenario I have to!
I feel the yellow gold is more unique and vintage looking with that particular setting, I also like how it matches your future hubs ring without being the same color of metal. Come back and show us when you choose!

Thank you all for your feedback! Yellow gold it is!
There was one slight hiccup…….
I originally found that set on Etsy being sold by Zhedora..her reviews were phenomenal on Etsy! And she had thousands of sales. So I figured it was a safe purchase. But then just before purchasing, FH decided to research her on other sites and found out she does not so great work 🙁 There was someone on here that had photos of the ring she got from zhedora and it looked terrible! So, there went my dream set, or so I thought!
FH looked everywhere for a similar set and found it on moissaniteco!!!! I was thrilled! So now this is the set that I will getting in yellow gold 🙂 So excited to see it in person! I for sure will be sharing photos once I get it!!!!

Both beautiful. But I have white gold and am clumsy as anything. Will need to have mine re-dipped annually. The yellow gold will start to show through the rhodium otherwise. I don’t mind because my colours are on the cool side and yellow gold, although beautiful, looks odd with my skin tone. Good luck!

When I was younger I used to be a die hard white gold fan… but then I tried on rings and fell in love with warmer tones on my hand. I vote yellow gold for eveything on me now! My ring and band are actually rose gold (18k so not super pinky) But I wear my mom’s yellow gold band bewteen my marquise band and engagement ring. I love it so much. White is still pretty for sure. But I much prefer rose or yellow.
