Hey girls! Im going to be having a very formal vintage-inspired wedding. My colors are black and white. I really am not a big flower person but I definately want something with the WOW factor. So, I have decided on having my centerpieces made of white ostrich feathers such as the ones below. What do you think?

I love the ostrich feather look. I was considering doing those for my centerpieces for awhile just because I thought they were so beautiful but after thinking about it for awhile it wouldn’t have went with our theme or our venue or my groom. But, since it goes with your theme I say go for it! I would love to walk into a reception venue and see something different like this!

I think they’re sooo beautiful. Had our venue not offered to provide floral centerpieces free of charge (nothing too exciting, roses in a pewter vase lol) I would have gone with a feather centerpiece as well. They’re stunning, everlasting, and definitely make a statement.

I loooooove this idea! Thought about doing it myself til I realized the cost. There were other centerpieces I liked better for just as much.

Wow! These are definitely dramatic. I’d love to use feathers somewhere in my wedding…

I had a bride that did that for a wedding =) I adored them too. Just make sure you place the big ones tall enough so that your guests can talk to each other.
