I have no advice but I’d check out babycenter.com you’d probably find lots of threads there about this. You all will be in my t&p’s tonight

I had a similar scare with my baby and we had to have a special ultrasound done with a heart specialist (called an echocardiogram) a few weeks after our anatomy scan. Everything was actually perfectly fine with the baby’s heart. In fact, the Doctor called it a “variation of normal” and said that these white spots appear on many anatomy scans and end up being fine. In addition, we tested negative for down syndrom or other issues. I know for a fact that everything is actually totally fine as I just had my baby a little over a month ago and she’s perfectly healthy. I hope that your SIL gets similar results and that everything will be okay. You and your family will be in my thoughts!
