(Closed) Who am I responsible for feeding??

I think that it would be polite to extend the invitation to dinner to the minister for the rehearsal dinner. If they are a stranger who does this for a living, they will probably decline, but even if not, they are taking an unpaid chunk out of their evening to help you get ready for your big day. If the minister is someone you know, I would definitely invite them.

As for the reception dinner, I would feed anyone who needs to be there for mealtime. Is your makeup artist going to be at the dinner doing touchups? Probably not so no need to invite. However, if you have a photographer taking pictures there and who has probably been taking pictures of you all day without much of a chance to eat, then yes, you should feed them.  You don’t have to feed them what the guests are eating though (unless it is in their contract), but a sandwich or something else cheap, yet substantial would be a nice gesture.
