We are having a very small Destination Wedding total of 10 invited guests, plus the bride and groom. I have met with most of my vendors, and I am still a bit confused. We will be having a private chef, minister, photographer, and hair and make up the day of. The only vendors who will be there most of the day is the chef and photographer.
We are not doing a reception afterwards, we have chosen to hire a private chef and do a nice sit down dinner. We are doing a small rehearsal the night before, and the only vendor coming to the rehearsal is the minister.
Do I feed the minister for the rehearsal dinner?? And the chef and photographer the day of?? I am so confused on all of this. I need some input ladies. Can I just bring in finger foods (or anything that is not quite so expensive as the sit down dinner) for the photographers?? I do plan to provide some kind of snack food for the afternoon before dinner, would this be adequate?
