I’m interested in hearing answers to this, as well! I’m sorry I’m not entirely useful in answering. 🙂

The only people we’re tipping are our caterer and photographer. We don’t have a DOC or a DJ or musicians or anything. We’ve budgeted to tip them approximately 15%.

The photographer is a great college student, and her rate is extremely low, so we may bump up her tip a little bit depending on if we end up with a little extra money. Our food is just appetizers and a cake, and we won’t have any servers, but our caterer is a great guy and has really bent over backwards to give us a good deal, so he definitely deserves a tip!

ETA: I think $100-$200 is fine for the venue coordinator.

I need to figure this out as well. Our venue takes care of everything but the photography, and I’m not sure if a tip is included in the overall fee.  I may tip our photographer because her work looks amazing and she’s really well priced.

I was thinking about tipping just the DJ, bartender and the waitstaff and  don’t know how much to tip them. I am already giving my Wedding Party gas money to drive 2 hours to my venue AND paying for her hotel to stay 2 nights AND giving her all my wedding stuff after the wedding. Thats over $500!!! I thought about tippng the photographer and videographer but then I thought what if I didn’t like the photos/video when they came back?
