How many calories are you eating?  1000-1150  

I know that I have a tendency to under-estimate how much I eat, so I know I’m actually eating more than that.  More importantly, I’m making sure that I’m eating a well-balanced diet eat REAL food and avoiding anything processed, low-fat, fat-free, low-cal, etc. (i.e., I’m skipping anything with chemicals as much as possible.

How tall are you? 5’1″

How much do you weigh? 136.8 lbs. Started out at 163 the beginning of last June.

How fast are you losing? Usually about 1 pound a week.  I gained over the holidays, but only 1 pound, so that was good in my book since I didn’t watch what I was eating at all!!

How much exercise do you get per week? (in hours)  No formal exercise.

I vacuum, clean house, laundry, etc., and in the summer, I also do gardening. I also take my dog for a walk. I hate to exercise in a way where all I’m doing is exercising. I feel as though I’m wasting my time when I could be doing something more productive. So I take the stairs instead of the elevator, I park my car further away from the store, I walk as many places I can instead of driving, etc. I need to feel as though I’m getting all my other stuff done, and taking 30 minutes or more out of my day to lift ways or do aerobics, just seems like a waste of time.

How many calories are you eating?  1100-1350

How tall are you? 5’4″

How much do you weigh? My normal weight range is 118 to 123.  However after the holidays I found myself at 128 so I immediately got my butt in gear and started counting calories.  I tend to drop pounds very fast when I’m actively trying to because I’m very strict about what I eat.  It’s the maintaining that’s hard because I love to snack and have a tendency to binge on things like chips and ice cream.  So right now I’m down to 126 after 2 days.  Trying to get back down to 120 which is the middle of my “safe range.”  Then I’ll need to work hard at maintaining it.

How much exercise do you get per week? (in hours) no formal exercise.  I walk the dog, always take the stairs, park far away and walk, clean the house, etc.

How many calories are you eating? I try to keep it at 1200 or under

How tall are you? I’m 5’2″ & 1/2

How much do you weigh? 125

How fast are you losing? Right now I’m maintaining, maybe wanting to lose 5 more lbs.. but I’m not really keeping track of losing weight

How much exercise do you get per week? (in hours) Maybe 2-3 hours.

How many calories are you eating? 

Between 1100 and 1200 (as long as I don’t bake!)

How tall are you? 

6’2″ 😀

How much do you weigh? 

Started at 205 on December 30th, right now I’m at 193.

How fast are you losing? 

The first week, I lost 8 pounds. The second week, I lost 4. The third week, I lost none. This week, I haven’t checked because last week pissed me off.

How much exercise do you get per week? (in hours)

On a good week: 11 hours. 45 minutes of ellipitical every day, 30 minutes of weights 4 times a week, and around 35 minutes of Brazil Butt Lift every day, minus Saturdays.

This is the first week I have had BBL though. So the last three weeks, it was around 7 hours, maybe a little more.

I also work at daycare about 15 hours a week, at which I rarely sit down. Plus all the cleaning and everything at home after all of this. I’m a full time student, plus the basketball manager for a college women’s team so my schedule is a little different.

How many calories are you eating? 1810

How tall are you? 5’10

How much do you weigh? 155

How fast are you losing? Maintenance, baby!

How much exercise do you get per week? (in hours) I dunno. If you count walking then 300 minutes of that a week ish and then an hour 15 of dance class.

How many calories are you eating?  1000 with one cheat day per week of about 2000

How tall are you?   5’4″

How much do you weigh? 124 lbs

How fast are you losing?  It varies

How much exercise do you get per week? (in hours) I love exercise but I’m limited by spinal injuries.  I walk the dogs, altho even walking has gotten painful, lift weights–upper body only, per doctor’s orders and speed walk the mall every chance I get.  I really miss Zumba but that was brutal on my spine and caused a major flare up for months.

26 Weight Watchers Points…maybe about 1200 calories?

 

How tall are you? 

5’5”

 

How much do you weigh?

How fast are you losing? 

.5-2 pounds/week. I’m down 70 pounds from my highest weight.

0-2 lol

How tall are you?   5’3″

How much do you weigh? 128 lbs

How fast are you losing?  I’ve lost about 4 lbs since New Year’s Day and I want to keep losing until I hit 120.  

How much exercise do you get per week? 4-5 hour long Bar Method classes per week

I don’t count calories, the “calories in vs calories out” idea is flawed, it matters WHAT those calories come from. When you eat sugar and carbs, it causese insulin spikes which then prompt your body to store fat. The body will react very differently to 1000 calories of cake or pasta, versus 1000 calories of lean meat/fish, veggies, and healthy fats.

 

How many calories are you eating? I never count. I do know that since I’m breastfeeding right now and my caloric intake is through the roof.

How tall are you? 5’8″

How much do you weigh? 115 normally, down to under 110 right now

How fast are you losing? trying to miantain/gain

How much exercise do you get per week? (in hours) not enough, a couple hours

How many calories are you eating? Around 1600 – keeping track with calorie count online

How tall are you? 163 cm, so 5’35

How much do you weigh? 55 kg, 120 lbs

How fast are you losing? At this point I’m trying to figure out how much I want to lose, thinking around 7 lbs. Don’t want to cut down on the food too much though, so it will have to happen through exercise – which means that it will take longer

How much exercise do you get per week? Right now, way to little, 1-2 hours plus a few longer walks.

How many calories are you eating? No more than 1200 

How tall are you?  5′-2 3/4″

How much do you weigh? 115 lbs

How fast are you losing? I lost 5 lbs in the first 2 weeks but I expect that to start slowing down right about now. Hope to continue to lose 1 lb a week until I’m at my goal.

How much exercise do you get per week? (in hours) Only about 1 hour or 1.5 hours per week at the moment. Heart Rate Monitor and my 30 Day Shred DVD is in the mail so then it will be quite a bit more every week!
