Honestly both FH and I have small immediate families. A few siblings/cousins each, and a few older relatives (actually FH has ALOT of old relatives but I don’t think they’d travel unless we get married in their area).

We are also avoiding inviting many people from work, since we work in OH but will get married in PA and very few people would travel that far.

Otherwise, we’d only invite relatives we can name and have seen recently (or who sends us birthday cards) and close friends.

Basically, I have very few family and friends so that’s how. I guess like 70% of the guestlist is FI’s guests.

We are inviting 65 but after we send out invites we will probably have a more [& smaller] accurate response. We only felt the need to invite immediate family & a couple of friends 😉 Just thought its an intimate moment to share with loved ones not a circus ,,but that’s just my opinion

We will be right around that number. There was not way we wanted more than 125 guests. While we are inviting 138, in reality it will be about 100 attending. I have a very small family, and fiance’s family we cut it off with aunts and uncles, and first cousins. There was no way we could realy extend farther than that. As for friends, we invvited only CLOSE friends. we didn’t want every person we ever met to be there. We knew what our limit was and refused to go over it.
