I had always planned on eating healthier a few months before the wedding but today I realised I’m 19 days away from the big day and I was eating my 3rd chocolate biscuit. Woops! Anyone else not bother dieting?

I didn’t but I prob should have cut back a touch. My dress almost didn’t zip, but it fit perfectly when I brought it home 6 months earlier so I prob should have watch a little more carefully. Thank goodness it did zip, it was touch and go there for a minute.

I didn’t… I figured I was fat when he met me, fat when he proposed, he could handle me fat when he married me!!! lol. Actually, even though I’m 5’1″ and over 200 lbs, I actually love my body and shape and felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day.

i hate dieting. i love food too much. my dress fit me perfectly so i just wanted to maintain my regular size.
this is not a recommendation but i actually got really sick just 6 weeks before the wedding and was in bed for 2 weeks. i lost 15 lbs in the first week. i actually tried to gain some back b/c i was worried about my dress. it still didn’t fit and i had to get a rush alteration the week prior.

I’m a size 6, so I didn’t bother. It would be unhealthy for me. I tend to try to just eat healthy, but end up eating candy every once in awhile and not worry about it.

I’m very thin, so I will not be. It would be extremely unhealthy for me to lose weight, plus I LOVE junk food and sugary drinks. I think i’d have a pretty hard time giving that up!

I didn’t and it was a good thing as just with being busy before the wedding I lost some weight and my dress was a little loose as it was.
I don’t understand dieting for the wedding, how do you get the dress to fit if it’s more than 5 pounds after the last fitting?

I have not dieted, however I have been drinking a lot more water to keep any bloat at bay! 🙂

I still have a long ways to go, but I have started dieting/exercising 3 different times now and just can’t keep with it.. the last one was a 6 day cleanse that I gave up on on day 3 T_T It’s just… hard!!

Hmmm I probably won’t be too worried…I eat pretty well and workout normally. If I wanted to lose some it would maybe be 5 lbs…so that way I can relax and gain it back on the honeymoon drinking yummy treats!

I have been paying more attention to what I put in my mouth since March and have lost 20 pounds so far, so yes, I’m definitely doing it for the wedding, but also to be more healthy in general. I am a chocoholic so I can’t resist anything chocolate-covered, lol. I just try to pay more attention to calories.
