My wedding is a casual buffet and I don’t think I need catering/bar staff to stay the whole time. The basic service is that they come, set up, and leave. There is a delivery fee and service supplies fee. Do I still tip them and if so, how much?

Who will be refilling the pans of food? restocking? clean up after? whoever is in charge of that deserves at least 15% of the bill. I have many friends that are in catering and they don’t see any of the delivery fees. The only thing they get to keep is the tip. So yes tip should be added.
