The place we’re hiring the chairs etc from are doing ours but you could perhaps ask a trusted family member to go there beforehand and set up? Make sure you give them specific instructions of what you want – diagrams are ideal.

I would think the employees of the gardens do this?  Are you paying for the space?

@Crazyhair:  We are getting married in a butterfly room/garden with only 25 ppl. The lady who is in charge of wedding events at the location will put out our chairs for us and direct the guests. There has to be somebody at the venue who will be supervising the use of the space…but whether its their job to set it up or not, idk. If its just a few things and the supervisor wont help, I would designate somebody to do it from the family and then get them a gift. 🙂

My best friend got up early and set up our decor for our small wedding and she also got her daughter in law to help (her DIL was kind enough to disappear-I’d never met her before, but we insisted she eat during the reception as we had plenty of food).

My friend was in the wedding as a reader.  She spent most of the morning making everything perfect and then changed about the time we got there.  I can’t thank her enough, because she really did her utmost to make everything just right for us and it wouldn’t have looked half as nice if I’d have done it!

I hope you find someone to help you out!
