I like food…. italian food included but I don’t actually know what a lot of those things are.

Also, I think you should do a fruit salad as a desert option!

Menu looks nice, maybe switch the broccoli for a different green veg as you already have sausage with broccoli rabe, which is similar enough to count as the same. maybe trade some of the dessert selection for some after-dinner cheeses. I don’t think it is “too much” dessert but if you’ve got the chance for more variety, then cheese would pair nicely with those sweets and also give a savory after-dinner option.

You may also want to carry the Italian theme over to the appetizers. The coconut and teriyaki seem a little dischordant with the full Italian dinner spread. Garlic shrimp and chicken speidini perhaps?

It looks great! I would definitely keep the broccoli oreganato though, it is way different than broccoli rabe and there are a lot of people who eat broccoli but not broccoli rabe, especially since it’s with sausage

I voted, but it’s inaccurate. I would not eating wedding cake, but I would eat every other dessert, esp. the brownies, cheesecake, and cookies.

Your list makes me hungry! It sound great; I’d probably get full on just the appetizers.

And I don’t care how full I am, there is ALWAYS room for brownies!

I chose fruit salad because maybe some people are on a diet that excludes excess sweets (like diabetics or people who are trying to lose weight). There should always be a healthy option available. Your menu does look a fantastic though!

I might do one more pasta dish just because if it’s Italian themed it seems appropriate to have a choice of pastas, maybe something simple like angel hair or penne. You could even have a little sauce station? Otherwise it looks delicious!

Looks really good. I wouldn’t eat everything, but there’s enough variety that you will please the pickiest of eaters. It’s the menus with cheese on everything that mess me up.

You can’t have too much dessert! As far as thr rest of he menu, it looks good. I would switch the broccoli to another veggie. I would probably add more options to your cocktail hour, 4 doesn’t seem like enough.
