Not 50% grey, but I found my first at 16 years old, now I have more. Not that many, but in my almost black hair, it’s obvious… I color them – in fact, my hair was so long and thick, my DH colored it bc I couldn’t do it myself. Now I just got a shoulder length haircut and I plan on trying to color myself!

ME!! My mom was completely gray at 26 – i’m 26 and luckily probably only 10%. But it’s still getting there! I already have plans to dye it the Wednesday before the wedding, so that the grays don’t lose their color before the big day…

I do I do! 😛 I have the streaky temple action happening, and lots of strays in the back and in my part. My hair is reddish brown, so they’re not horribly obvious most of the time. My favourite ‘incident’ involved on of my best friends. We were getting ready to go out, I was straightening my hair in the bathroom mirror while she did her makeup. She looked at the side of my head and yelled “Wow, look at all of those white hairs!” I was like.. “Uh thanks..” Btw, I’m 26 and they started coming in at 23, you’re not alone!

I found my first one a few weeks ago! I dye my hair regularly, so I don’t know how many I have, but I’m too terrified to find out!

I’ve had white hairs appear since I was 18… and yes I pluck them out but then again I have short, dark hair so it’s very obvious!

I have about a dozen strands, and I’m only about to turn 35 🙁 I got them in the last few years, probably a result of stress, sad events in life etc. They’re really stubborn too, they stand up like wires apart from all the rest.

I’m starting to get a few white hairs at the temple (38 years old).  I don’t know if I’m going to color it.  For now there are few enough that I pluck them out 😉

I started getting silver “sparklers” (as my hairdresser calls them) in my very dark hair around my mid-30s (I’m 42 now). I plucked them for a while, but then they come in sticking STRAIGHT OUT, so I stopped. There are a fair number of them, but not enough for me to start colouring my hair yet. I like my natural hair colour and I’m also cheap and lazy.

I’m your same age and it seems as though in the past few months my “sparklers” (a term that fontgoddess has nicely shared and I shall steal haha) are multiplying at high rates! I used to be able to pick them out, but I would have bald patches if I did that now. It’s throwing a wrench in my hair color choices for the big day (I usually am between brunette and blond). Highlights nicely cover them but strictly dying might be a cheaper option from now on?

Ugg I’m nearing 32 years old and I found some about 6 months ago.  I totally blame my life sucking job though.
