(Closed) Who else is not doing bridesmaid gifts?

The gift thanks them for standing up for you. It isn’t a way to make up for having asked them to buy a dress. It doesn’t have to be expensive, but you should really consider getting them something to show your appreciation.

I wish I hadn’t spent as much money as I did, since she didn’t really appreciate the gifts I got her, but I wanted to give her something.

I think no matter what you should gift your BMs as appreciation for them being there on your wedding day. It doesn’t need to be expensive. Maybe a picture frame or a robe or a photo album.

@mrsSonthebeach:  +1 I’ll also add that a Bridesmaid or Best Man gift is kind of a thank you for the supportive role these women have played in your life to this point, not just in the wedding.

You really should consider getting them gifts, like PP said its a way to thank them for standing up for you on your big day and helping you with your wedding planning. It doesnt have to be expensive but something thoughtful would be nice. It could be considered rude if you dont…….
