well we went out for chinese, and then came home, changed into our PJs, and popped open a bottle of wine. That’s about as festive as its going to get for us. We were invited to a NYE party, but I just felt like having a chill evening. I’d rather actually enjoy my day off tomorrow, than spend it nursing a hangover.

Struggling to keep my eyes open until midnight and switching between the NYE shows to find the least terrible one. Just me and the pup since Fiance is working. Perfectly happy not being tired and hungover tomorrow!

My Fiance totally offered to do stuff with me tomorrow, but I didn’t see the point when he sees me all the time and his BFF only around the holidays (and usually a random week in early August). I always tag along to one thing with the BFF each visit–ball games, concerts… this time the BFF joined our trivia team for a night. 🙂 He’s a great guy.

Like some other bees, I am at home, sick, this evening — sore throat, swollen glands, fever, aches.
DH made a delicious dinner, and we watched movies on TV. Now, we’re waiting for the ball to drop in Times Square. Happy New Year, bees!

We’re partying right now by watching Anderson Cooper’s NY special on our couch haha. It’s a tradition for us.

Haha our New Years conaists of sitting on the couch in jammies, vegging out on some smores dip and a bottle of champagne. I will take this over a bar any day!!

@ThinkingOutLoud: my dinner tonight was totally your fault!

So glad I didn’t have a hangover either! 🙂 I was way more productive on my day off lol.
I almost didn’t make it until midnight surprisingly! We were watching Family Guy until the last second.
What a bummer about the pink eye! Tacos sound soo good though.
Holy sickness! I think mine is *finally* coming to an end but it’s been almost 2 weeks already. I hope you’re feeling better!
Dang! That was a good choice to make. The snow is really no joke! I landed in a ditch one time & it scared me enough to never drive in it again! Then again I was driving a honda civic and now I have a toyota corolla so it’s not like they are made for snowy conditions..lol.
Traditions are so nice! I wish we had one to be honest.
SOO much better, in my opinion! 😉 And cheaper…hahaha.
O.M.G. I forgot about wanting that! I must go today… mmm cheeseburger and animal fries. Yes please! I’ll take the full blame hahah.
