Should I hire a day-of coordinator to help with things like filling ice buckets after-ceremony/before-reception?
I’m having a backyard wedding. So it’s little things like “when should I put the soda in the ice buckets and out for the reception” ?
Does a day-of coordinator do things like that?

I’m not sure a DOC would… are you having your food catered? The caterer may be willing to do this for a bit more. My venue handles icing our drinks and my DOC is just there to coordinate teh people and help with transition the space from ceremony to reception during cocktail hour.
