Usually Mothers,Fathers, and Grandparents, Bridal Party men, sometimes readers and ushers. I’d ask first, as some of the women may not want any. I only wore 2 small orchids in my hair for one wedding, and got no flowers for the other (and the MOG didn’t want any either).

I’m doing a small wedding so the only flowers go to the mothers and fathers. I’m having one bridesmaid and he’s having his sister stand up for him, so they’ll both get a bouquet. If I would have bought for the grandparents then I’d have bought flowers for more than half the people attending, and that seemed silly to me.

I think grandmother’s should get them as well. However, I actually saved money by getting them small bouquets. The florist charge $15 for corsage and $9 for the bouquet. Our mom’s prefered them as well.

@jackndiane: We had really reasonable prices from our florist, I agree.

However, I always suggest to a bride on a budget (planner) to get your bouts and corsages that aren’t for the wedding party from your local grocer instead of your florist. You’d be surprised at the savings.
