My first marriage was 26 years ago. I am getting remarried next month and I need to know who you SHOULD give gifts too. (I have no idea what I gave to my first attendants) We have the bridal party covered which was easy as they are our 4 kids. Candle lighters and guest book attendants done also. What I am wondering about is the singer? the cake cutters? etc.
What about flowers? Do I need to make them for the minister? Cake cutters? DJ? What about the church provided wedding planner?

Personally, we are planning on giving gifts to anyone in the wedding party (including flower girls/ring bearers, junior attendants, etc.) and our parents. I don’t think it’s necessary to give gifts beyond that. For the singer, cake cutters, etc., a heartfelt thank you card would suffice.
As for flowers – we ordered a boutonnière for the minister, but he’s my Grandfather, so he would get one anyway! I don’t think that you need to make flowers for anyone outside of your honored guests (family) and your wedding party.
