@Mrs. Gremmlin: I love your ring! It is beautiful! I love how the stone is turned so it is a diamond on the band (har har) instead of a square.

@Jazziberry: Thanks! When I first went ring shopping, I knew I wanted a princess cut. The jeweler, though, couldn’t place it “sqaure on,” and apologized for it. But, I loved it! I’m so happy he was fumbling with it because I love that it’s just a little unique!

While they’re pretty and sparkly, I could never feel comfortable with a pave setting of any sort.  I’m too much of a clutz.  I know it’ll only be a matter of time before I knock stones out of it.

Mine’s is a simple, custom made 1 ct moissanite in 18 kt white gold.  Very plain, though I haven’t seen too many other settings like mine.  Not sure what you’d call the setting.  Anyway, I didn’t take any pictures of it myself.  But the jeweler we ordered it from liked it so much he’s making them for others now.  Mine’s is the one pictured in his eBay store.  Hubby and I met in a planetarium, and moissanite is made from asteroid collisions with the Earth, so it’s meaningful to me on many levels.

Keep up the gorgeo ring porn, ladies!

I love my simple solitaire too Rather than extra stones we prioritised a better stone and Platinum band. Completely what I wanted.

Yay!  I love all the classic beauties on here, and all my fellow princess cut girls 🙂  I was originally looking at a round halo, but my fiance designed my ring for me, and got the princess stone because of the meaning of Sarah <3

He is so sweet, and I just could not be happier with my ring!

I took this one about an hour after the propsal, and I have about a thousand more on my cell phone camera that I’ve take since, but I need to take some real-camera pics, because this just does not do it justice 🙂
