Wow, some of you have seen awesome people.

I have seen: Soul Coughing (with a boyfriend in high school, ugh), Ani DiFranco (1998 – it was AWESOME), Tegan and Sara (at the TLA in Philly — good show), G Love and the Special Sauce, The Who, Arcade Fire (my favorite!!!!), a concert at the Electric Factory in Philly I forget what…I think the National…, a show at Tipitinas in New Orleans, a show at the Maple Leaf in New Orleans, ummmm.  That’s it.

I don’t really like concerts.  Too loud, too intense, too many people moving their heads around to the music.  But I would like to see Mumford and Sons, Arcade Fire, The Lumineers, and Of Monsters and Men perform ALL TOGETHER ON STAGE.  Or perhaps on LAWN.

I absolutely love going to concerts, though just from scrolling through it looks like my list won’t be nearly as long as some of these!

I honestly can’t remember every concert I’ve ever been to (mostly because I went to some pretty random shows when I was in high school), but here are the ones I can remember right now:

– My first concert: Aerosmith at 14

– Garbage (high school)

– Fuel (high school)

– Pearl Jam (x2 – once in high school; once in college)

– Tool (my 18th birthday, the summer before I went away to college)

The rest are from college or later:

– Tori Amos

– Smashing Pumpkins

– Explosions in the Sky

– Alexisonfire (I went to Montreal just for this show)

– City and Colour (will be seeing a 2nd time this October)

– The Faint

– Interpol

– The Decemberists

– Bright Eyes

– Jenny and Johnny

– David Bazan (though unfortunately not with Pedro the Lion)

– Death Cab for Cutie

– The Shins

– Blind Pilot

I went to Bonnaroo this year also, so there are a bunch from that including:

– Portugal. The Man

– Bjork

– The National

– Of Monsters and Men

– Passion Pit

– Cat Power

– Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros

– Local Natives

– alt-J

– Purity Ring

– Maps & Atlases

There are definitely more, but these are the ones I could think of right now.
