Aww… sweety! Don’t sweat it! I have gone through gain/loss quickly as well. At least you know WHY you gained it all back. For me, I was stagnant for what seemed like FOREVER. I was working out, still eating properly and STILL not losing a single pound! I would rather have known that i wasn’t losing weight because i was eating more, etc. At least you know the culprit! (Which, by the way is NOT bad at all!)

Don’t worry. This is a combination of water weight, cookie-baking stress, sleepless nights (?). I think personally your ‘real’ weight gain is 2-2.5 pounds. Which is NORMAL fluctation! It will be gone before you know it.

I always find comfort in knowing that as long as it’s 5 lbs or under, it is manageable.
