So I had a rough week with WW. I do my weigh ins on Tuesday mornings and I was down 3.4 pounds last week. It was awesome. I felt in the zone, hit my 10% and was feeling fabulous.
Well, as usual I did really well Tuesday-Friday. Saturday came and I followed my usual Saturday protocol, counting but also knowing that I use my weeklies to ‘splurge’ a bit on the weekends. Saturday was a rough day, but I didn’t dip too deeply into my weeklies which was impressive given that I was baking cookies all day Saturday! Sunday, I wasn’t feeling well and proceeded to use up the last of my weeklies in comfort food.
Even knowing I was without any weeklies, I celebrated my husband’s promotion yesterday with a decadent dinner out and now I am paying the price. I am UP 4.2 pounds. Yes, 4.2. I lost over 2 weeks worth of weight loss in 3 days. Yes, I can make excuses such as I am on my period (which I am) and that I weighed myself at a slightly different time (after I had eaten breakfast which meant I had food in my stomach) but what it boils down to is that I gained A LOT this past week and I am not happy with myself.
