I am just curious if anyone is genuinely happy with their body. I am assuming that if you are you are working out and putting effort in. What are you doing that is working for you and gettng you the results you want? I would like some more muscle, but loathe working out. I know, that won’t cut it.

Since you asked, yes, I am genuinely happy with my body. I was feeling a bit soft recently, so I took up a kettlebell class, which I love, and which has given me exactly the results I wanted. I go 2-3 times per week, and it’s a combination of wieghts (kettlebells), cardio, interval training, and martial arts. I love it, and my instructor is super motivating! Sure, I still have areas that could look better, but overall, I am very happy with my body, and I feel strong and healthy. And my general rule for dieting is “eat foods that make me feel good; don’t eat foods that make me feel like crap.” It seems to work for me.

I not happy with my body in it’s current state. I’d love to lose weight and tone up as well as get a breast reduction. I had been working diligently on it for a while but I’ve been slacking so I really have no room to complain.

I’m getting there! I recently gained some weight (about 7lbs, but I’m 5’2″ so it seems like a lot on my frame). Once I lose about 10lbs and gain some muscle from doing yoga and pilates, I’ll be happy with my body 🙂

I am not exactly 100% satified with it, but for the amount of effort I put in (none), I pretty happy. I would love to tone up, but I hate working out as well.

I guess i’m generally happy with my body, but obviously i could definately use some tweaking, haha. I’m not getting any younger and my age is starting to show a bit.

I’m happy with parts of it, and unhappy with other parts (butt, thighs). I’ve been trying to tone up lately though, so I can eventually be happy with the entire thing.

I am 100% happy with my body. I love it. I had a baby, and thought for sure that I wouldn’t feel so happy with my after-baby body, but I really am happy with how I look.

I may be in the minority here but I am not very happy with my body. because am very thin, so i need to gain weight. It is very difficult for me to gain weight at all. But i am also skinny fat!…i have jiggle. I would really benefit from working out a bit to tone up but i can’t see myself working out right now. Oh and since i’m so thin i have an almost non existent chest. 🙁
Could be worse though! and my SO loves me just the way I am. 🙂

I was totally happy with my body prior to getting pregnant. I was running about 3 times/week, and even managed to run a PR in November at a 5K. I was definitely in some of the best shape of my life! Now…while I’m super excited for our little one, let’s just say being 7 months pregnant is hard to swallow!

haha well i’m 3 1/2 months pregnant so i’m learning to love my new shape. I was pretty happy with how I looked before though my arms could use some toneing.
Thats totally gives me something to look forward to!

I’m happy with my body. (Well, where it was pre-pregnancy at least; I hope the baby weight comes off quick and I don’t have to work too hard to get rid of a flabby stomach.)
I would like to work on gaining about 5 pounds in muscle so I don’t get yelled at every year at my health checkup for being underweight, but I’m happy with how it is now too

I have areas that could definitely use improvement, however I wouldn’t go so far as to say that those deficiencies make me unhappy with my body. I’m not a skinny girl by any means, but I’m certainly not overweight either. I have fantastic endurance, nice muscle tone, and enough curves to look feminine.

I am happy with it. I’ve been doing yoga for my arms, in particular, lately. And its definitely shown!
