YES! I am 5’4 and have no idea what I weigh but I wear a size 2-4. I only do yoga and I have the tight “yoga butt” to show for it:)
But i’ve always been athletic and it’s super important that I stay in shape, especially since I am 45 now. Part of my dedication is that I refuse to give in to middle age and I still want to look good in a bikini:)
PS: Some smokin’ hot bodies here!

I am very happy with my body. But I was happy with it when I was 30 pounds heavier. (Not always, but it wasn’t something I thought about day to day.)
I am 5’3 108 pounds.
Do I have things I like more than others? Sure! But I don’t let it bother me.

Yes I am happy with my body, 152 cm and 89 lbs. I can eat basically everything (but most of the time I eat healthy food) and hardly gain anything. I wish I could exercise more, not to lose weight but to improve my cardio and health in general :-).

I’m comfortable with my body but would like my bum to be a bit smaller. I used to jog, but got bored of that (typical me) and have this week started swimming.

5’6”, 150lbs and I am learning to really love my body in a new way
I’ve dropped a little oer 20lbs since we got engaged and even though I still got jiggly bits, I am more amd more pleased with how strong I have become through working out.
50 decline push-ups for the win! I’ve never been able to do a single one before I started wedding planning haha

I’m not happy with it. I don’t let it ruin my life, and there are some things about it that I like, but I need to work on staying healthy a little more.

I am content with it which is I think what stops me from being more serious about working out. I don’t like the belly bump though and so I’m wondering if I can push that to motivate me. I don’t like how bony I get when skinny but its already happening at my hip bones so bring it on I guess.

I’m half and half. I’m happy with my upper body and very unhappy with my lower body. I hold all my weight in my butt and thighs and when I lose weight it all comes off the top half first and never seems to budge from the lower. Ah well!

I go through cycles with my body. Sometimes I look in the mirror and feel flabby or out-of shape, and other times I look at myself and think “Damn girl!” 😛 But for the most part I like my body and my height (5’0) and feel totally comfortable with myself.

I’m sad to say I’ll probably never be happy. I try on a daily/hourly basis to positively affirm myself. I know my body is capable of amazing things, and I know that I’m generally a fit person. I have issues with disordered eating and think about what I eat all the time…either because I’m really focused on eating “well” or because I’m feeling guilty because I ate “bad.” I don’t know what it feels like to not think about eating/body/weight 90% of the waking day.
I spent 25 years of my life being obese, so I have scars from that. Even if I the perfect weight I’d still have flab and skin and stretch marks and weird things that people don’t want to look at. I don’t want to look at it. I try to tell myself that a person’s body does not make them good for bad, or that my body is inherently good…and all those other things that I think my rational brain knows is true. But then I see photos of some of you ladies and I think, “I will never look that good.”
