That stone shape is called a tapered baguette, and that’s a fairly straightforward design.  I’m sure you’ll be able to find something similar, even if you can’t find the exact ring/designer.

Here’s a similar ring, but it’s sterling and CZ.  Was one of the first hits on Google when I searched “oval halo with baguettes.”
