I have decided to start a diet/work out routine this monday. But i need a partner..i cant do it alone. I would like to loose 15lbs by March.
I currently work out and eat pretty good but i need to really get in gear. I am having my alterations done in march so need to be looking good by then.
Who is with me? advice? help!??!

Count me in. My goal is 20 lbs by May!
I’ve started already and am down about 7lbs. I have been going to the gym 3-5 days a week. Doing lots of cardio and strength training 3 days a week. I’ve been eating around 1500-1800 calories (dependant on my activity level) and allowing myself a little treat here and there!

I’m trying to lose… three pounds by March. 😉 But I’m with you! Fiance is trying to lose 20 by March and is doing WW and hitting the gym every day for an hour. It’s hard!

I have no wedding to tone for, but I do want some serious beach time in a couple months, so it is time to get myself FIT and FABULOUS. I just joined the Jillian bandwagon, and wow, I am sore, but so invigorated. I still need to work on my eating habits.
