I’ve been looking through the Mrs Bloggers for inspiration, but there’s just so many of them it’s overwhelming! I’d love to hear suggestions of who to read next! I’d like to keep it to the Mrs, since I read the Miss bloggers as they come long, and just want to read finished weddings! There’s so many Mrs Bloggers that I don’t have any clue which one to read!
Have a suggestion which blogger I should read?

I understand your intention here… fun topic
Picking favourites… guessing that isn’t going to go over well with the Mods (hurtful to those not chosen)
So I expect to see this post removed most likely when it is seen by one of them (not that I’m flagging it)
(Just thought you’d like to know… in case it happens)

@This Time Round: well i think that’s ridiculous if it is taken down. I’m not asking whos the worst blogger out of them, simply asking for some reading suggestions!

In that case, just do what I do, browse the “front page” every day and see if anything catches your eye.
I find that all the Bees bring a different perspective to the event, and every Engagement / Wedding Planning / Ceremony / Honeymoon is so vastly different from the next.
Always something worthwhile in one category or another by all the Bees IMO

@This Time Round: I do do that. I said I keep up with the Miss bloggers, and was asking for suggestions from the older, Mrs bloggers. There’s a ton of them and it’s hard to just pick from a random name. So I was asking for suggestion for bloggers people liked reading. That’s all. Not a competition, or who’s wedding was the all time best. Just a blog poster they enjoyed reading.

@cirk: I loved Mrs Apples wedding. Tea Cups was beautiful, but I am not sure if she did a recap or not. Doily’s was amazing.

Seems like I remember Meerkat being pretty funny. I haven’t kept up with the bloggers as much this time around as I have much less time and stay pretty busy on the forums, but I ought to. They were always worthwhile.

Thanks for your suggestions!

Mrs. Hot Chocolate (gaah, got it wrong, it was Mrs. Hot Cocoa) was the first bee I read & she got me hooked on weddingbee.
I’ve also read all of Mrs. Star’s posts and actually was inspired by her veil 🙂
Um….another one who I thought was super real in her writing style was Mrs. Cheese.
and I really did enjoy Mrs. Earrings. She had a simply gorgeous wedding.
(For me I look for Mrs. Bloggers that finished their recaps and I also have a soft spot for “low-budget” brides and I’m always interested in the Canadian brides because I am one ;))

@cirk: you have to keep in mind that when weddingbee was sold to e-harmony, the bees blogging at the time had the option to stay or leave if they didn’t agree with e-harmony’s anti-gay agenda and some of them did (I want to say Mrs. Snapdragon as an example but don’t quote me on that). Something to keep in mind if you’re looking for “complete” Mrs. blogs.
ETA: It was Mrs. Hummingbird, not Mrs. Snapdragon. Sorry!

@bebefly: thanks for your suggestions!
Really, I’m just looking for real inspiration. I mean, you can get so much from “oh well I’m planning on doing this!” but there’s something that comes from actually seeing the DIY post, or the item in question in use. And I enjoy reading about wedding planning the later stages, when things are set in stone. So while I love the Miss Bloggers because I get to follow them throughout the whole thing, I like the Mrs’ bloggers because I can see exactly how they used an idea, and what worked and what didn’t. I like complete blogs, but I understand not all of them are! Thank you!

Mrs. Elephant had just started blogging when I discovered Weddingbee, so she’s always been a personal favourite of mine – it doesn’t hurt that she did an insane amount of amazing DIY stuff for her wedding, so I loved discovering what she had made next.

@shaniqua: I also liked Mrs Turkey, and read all of her posts one slow day at work
