I answered that ours is through a big bank but we originally financed through our builder. They sold it to the big bank within 60 days. it’s worked out fine.

Everbank/Everhome. Can’t recommend them enough! They were way cheaper than the big banks, and the customer service was outstanding. They were 100% on the ball – none of the horror stories I see so often with the big banks applied in our situation, thank goodness!

Ours is through our local small town bank.  I think the best part about them is that they keep their mortgages in-house, so aren’t afraid of unique properties the way big banks can be (because they need to make sure they can sell your mortgage to the secondary market).

A big bank, because I work for one….so we got some perks going through them.
