The rings in this thread… so beautiful. I know I posted my ring but I also wanted to add that before Christmas Fiance and I went on a mini break. When we were at dinner one night there was a couple sitting at the table next to us. The lady had a tiny tiny three stone engagement ring. I swear to God it was one of the most beautiful rings I’ve ever seen. They weren’t sitting that close and the lighting wasn’t great (there was a log burning fire) but that ring sparkled like CRAZY! I could not stop staring at it through dinner. The next day we were at the coffee shop connected to the hotel and the couple came in at the same time. I just had to comment on how beautiful her ring was (and that I’d been admiring it the night before, stalker haha). She was so pleased and let me have a close up look LOL. Her fiancee was really pleased too and I could just tell he had put so much love and thought into buying that little ring for her, he was so proud.
Basically the little ring was incredibly beautiful, he clearly loved her and the ring, as did she. That is what matters!

ahhh I love your ring! It’s stunning!
Hilarious story about the dinner, some people hey?! 🙄

I never really considered mine “small,” but I guess it technically is haha it’s a .33 ct blue diamond center stone, and I’m not sure of the tcw of the little diamonds on the sides. It’s perfect for me (: I have pretty small fingers, though. It’s a size 5.25

I’m obsessed with my ring, so here it is! The center stone is .48, and I think the total might just barely make a carat. My grandma adores my ring– she says it’s very dainty, which is exactly what short little me needed! A big ring would just look silly on me. To the OP, wear your beautiful little ring with pride! If you and your fiance love it, that’s all that matters.

I just wanted to say that I am so sorry people are so rude.
Making snide remarks about someone’s wedding jewellery is so uncouth and unnecessary!
If a woman shows me her engagement ring and I think the stone is small, I never say that to the lady because that would be cruel and negativity is not helpful during such an exciting time. I just smile and congratulate her.
Wear your small stones with pride and congrats to all of you.

I’ve been told my 2ct center stone ring was too small. Or now that I think of it maybe that was a nice way of telling me my size 6 finger was too large? I dunno people are going to hate. Ignore it. Your ring is lovely as are the rings on this thread – congrats ladies!

I really like that it really suits you, and wow but if that’s how your friend treats you, who needs enemies. doesnt sound like someone you need in your life.

So many gorgeous rings on this thread. I love them all.
Here’s my third of a carat. Might not be the biggest but it’s super clear and very sparkly.

Mine is only a .25 ct but I get compliments on how beautiful and intricate it is every day! People always say it looks big and sparkly, and it’s brought my fh and I closer together to giggle about how we “beat the system” by getting a “promise ring” for far cheaper than an engagement one and using it for my engagement ring!

OMG! The nerve of some people! I think your ring is absolutely beautiful!!! My SO and I picked out a .48 carat Round Brilliant in a cushion halo with a twisted shank for him to propose with. it’s not the biggest stone in the world but it’s great quality, we didn’t go into debt for it, and we both adore it. those are the ONLY things that matter imo!! rock that ring proudly–its beautiful!
