He bought my e-ring, I bought both our wedding rings. But, our finances are shared anyway, so it’s kind of like we both bought them all together. I have no problem with ladies buying their own rings, but I’ve known some people whose parents bought their e-rings for them and that’s super weird to me.

pbubs:  We both paid for mine. Fiance set out a budget that he was comfortable with, and basically told me to find the ring I wanted. I happened to fall in love with a ring that was well over our budget (like 2000$ lol) so I decided to pay the rest myself. I felt completely fine with it, and I even wanted to split the cost 50/50 but he didn’t want that, so he still paid the majority of it. I guess we are not traditional in that sense but this is what worked for us 🙂

100% my Fiance. Anything else would be unheard of to him.

Well, I didn’t know he was going to propose, so he paid for the whole thing! I did pay for 60% of the cost of our wedding rings.

My parents gave him an heirloom diamond, and he paid for/designed the setting.

He paid for it and will also the wedding bands. I guess we’re more on the tradition side. Plus he makes 2x the amount I do, and I just graduated school with student loans.
