My MOH’s daughter was our flower girl, so she bought the dress. I sent her a link to one I found on sale at JC Penney’s, and she LOVED it. It was like $40 originally, she got it for like $25.

I paid for my FG’s dress.  But it was only $20 and I found it at TJMaxx and wasn’t about to ask her mother (my moms cousin) to pay me back the $20 bucks… espeically after the very generous 13 piece stainless caphalon set she’d given us as our wedding gift.  TJ Max and Marshells has a ton of cute Easter dresses right now that could work if you are not picky on it matching your dress exactly.

We had every intention of paying because we wanted really specific attire and shoes for the two Flower Girl and for the parents, it would’ve been about $100+ per child. The parents offered to pay but we felt bad.

If the parents are paying, I think $50 or so is reasonable assuming they’re only getting one or two. Our FG’s parents even had Flower Girl dresses from other events in generic white that they could’ve worn, so maybe yours will too.

My flower girls are my two nieces. My sister asked their price and sent a check. I told her they were so cheap, I could cover it, but she sent the check anyway.

We will be paying for the dresses for our flower girls.  Not sure about the boys yet, maybe we’ll buy the pants and accessories.  We’ll probably let them wear whatever shoes and white shirts.  If we were to be more specific, we’d pay for those too.  It’s such a small drop in the bucket compared to our whole wedding costs.  However, if we were at a different point in our lives and just starting out, I might let the parents pay.

My Fiance paid for both flower girl dresses and the ring bearers tux and the ushers tux (his nieces and nephews).  There in no way his sister could have afforded it as she is a single mother and unemployed.

I would say the parents. Our daughter is fg in 4 weddings! The first was my sisters we split the cost it was $170 with shoes, so $85 each.. 2nd wedding is my older sisters in 16days. Her fmil payed for a $250 dress, we’re buying her shoes. Our wedding is 3rd my stepmom offered to pay for the dress & shoes of my choosing. I’m hoping to keep it under $200 total.  4th wedding is my brothers, he might offer to pay for it. But we are planning on paying for it.

I bought the dresses for our girls. They were cheap- $25 each. I wanted to get exactly what I wanted for them, and I had to order them from U.S. because clothes here (Central American) tend to be expensive and low-quality in comparison. This was just the easiest solution for us, I felt.

I had 3 FG’s.  I paid for one,  her mother is my niece and she’s a drug addict.  The other two were paid by their parents.  I found them on Ebay for $12.00.
