We are having a flower girl and ring bearer in our wedding (they are brother and sister), and we are unsure on who is suppose to pay for the dress and tux that they wear for our wedding. It seems like everyone does it differently and we are unsure what to do.

Usually the parents do. Since they’re brother and sister, I’d pitch in a little so the parents won’t be paying the whole thing.

@riss519: How expensive are the outfits? What’s their parents’ income like? If they’re not very expensive and the parents have a decent income, it would be fine to have them pay. If they’re pricey or the parents have money issues, it would be nice to offer to pay part or all of the cost of them.
I knew a bride who wanted a flower girl dress that was almost $300, she payed for it herself. Another who chose a $50 dress and the family payed for it. Consider the cost and income of the children’s family, that should help you decide.

It is usually the parents of said children, unless it is in your budget and you want to pay for them.

I think in most cases the parents, I have also seen friends pay for them. I say do what cofortable for you and what you can afford.

It falls on the parents unless you say that you are going to pay for it. But it totally your decision

My Round Brilliant and Flower Girl are my sister’s (MOH’s) kids. She’ll be paying for their clothes, but I heard my mom say that she’d help out.
