Mine is also from Rosados Box. I’d say online-ish – I found them on Etsy and they are located in Chicago, which is where I live, so we went to see it in person first.

guccibi: Fiance and I went the Etsy route. Knew I didn’t want a diamond and most of the Google searches I ran led me back to Etsy anyways so it seemed like the place to go! I’ll admit I definitely had trepidations about purchasing a ring neither of us had seen in person but the consistent assistance and communication from the jeweler reassured us. We ended up asking for a custom design and it turned out exactly (if not better!) than I had ever hoped for! Based on our experience I would recommend online e-ring shopping to any of my friends/family but I can also understand why it’s just not something everyone would consider.

Mine was technically bought online but not from a retailer. My ring was made by David klass who has a jewelry store in LA but he makes jewelry for people all overthe world through email. My experience was wonderful! My wedding band was purchased from an etsy shop that no longer exists, my experience was ok, customer service could have better.

I have two rings that were purchased online from pompeii3.  Both are gorgeous and I love them to bits♡!  They have a good return policy, so if I hadn’t liked them, all wouldn’t have been lost.   All of my dealings with customer service were pleasant and professional.  The prices are awesome and I’m very pleased with the whole process and product. Here they are:

poetothank:  Thanks!  The center stone is a natural aquamarine and the side stones are diamond.  No idea what carat, etc. as I never asked.  Not big :o)  Just saw yours down the line with the immediate response “oooh, that’s pretty!” looked up and realized it was yours.  Good thing I hadn’t hit ‘add comment’ yet!

Pleasant experience with JA. They altered the prongs for me and made a timely exchange when I decided to change stone cuts. My husband dealt with them and says it was great. We also sent my band and e-ring back for re-sizing months later with a decent turnaround time.

We’ve also purchased from Mondera(now Mouawad), Blue Nile, Fay Cullen, and other places(Ruby Lane and established Ebay jewelry vendors.) No problems so far. *knocks on wood*

guccibi:  We’ve purchased two soliatires, an eternity band, and hubby’s band all from moissaniteco.com. We were nervous at first about purchasing online, but after reading lots of reviews on the bee, we decided to go for it. We did order my engagment ring stone first before we sent it back to have it set because we were still a little nervous, but it all turned out wonderfully. They have great customer serivce.
