We’re having a very small wedding party…My sister will be my Maid/Matron of Honor and my fiance will have a best man. Since my dad is escorting me I was planning on having my mother escorted by my sister’s husband. My FH’s father has passed so I’m still not sure who to have escort my Mother-In-Law.
Any suggestions?

I had exactly the same small Bridal Party as you. My Mother-In-Law was escorted by her husband. Is your Future Mother-In-Law not married?? If not, perhaps an uncle or another male family member? Does Fiance have a brother? Or maybe FMIL’s father if he is living??

Is she married or in a relationship? If so that would be the obvious choice. If not, does your Fiance have any brothers or close friends he wants to honor?

We just didn’t have anyone walk down the aisle except for (in order) Maid/Matron of Honor (my sister) with our two kids (who were part of the ceremony). We also had a small wedding and my father walked me down the aisle. Not sure how much help that is!

Sorry…I edited this in later…
My fiance’s father has passed.
She does have two sons-in-law but both will be attending with their wives so I didn’t know if we should have one of them escort her.

Since your sister in laws don’t have to be escorted, I like the idea of a son in law if she doesn’t have a brother (an uncle to your FI).
