Just got our wedding pictures! Who do we sent them to? Only those that attended? Those closest to us?
Also, I want to create a nice DVD for some family members, or maybe to everyone I send this to..any suggestions?
Thanks!

Well no… I am looking for the proper etiquette?
Your parents, your husband’s parents, and anyone else who asks.
It is nice to create a book for each set of parents. But beyond this, if anyone wants a copy, they can ask or pull a picture off of Facebook and have it printed themselves.
I’d put them up on Facebook and call it a day.
I suppose so, I went to a wedding in 2012 and the bride sent photos to us…we didnt even ask for them so I am wondering if perhaps she sent them to everyone…which makes me think that I should send them to everyone..
Nope, it’s not expected that photos are sent to everyone who attends the wedding. Sounds like that bride was just really excited about her pictures I guess. Just do whatever you’d like, there’s no protocol for sending pictures to people — except for immediate family who will probably bug you for them anyway.
We framed wedding pictures for family members for christmas presents. (beauty of fall weddings- easy christmas gifts!) Other then that I have printed pictures for those who have asked (a few friends) and of course made a wedding album and prints for us. I dont think there are rules for this and I have never been sent wedding pictures from anyone whom I’ve attended a wedding of, never even heard of that!
We did use a wedding photo to make a thank you card out of, so I guess guests did get one picture sent to them in a form of a thank you card!
As far as I am aware, there is no etiquette regarding sending guests photos after the wedding. I have never received copies of professional photos from the couple, unless they have used one on their thank you cards. If you want to send copies to everyone, go for it. If you’d rather just give copies to certain people, that’s also fine.
