I was curious if there were any other bees that have worn or are going to wear something besides heels for their wedding? I plan to wear these to walk down the aisle and to change into silver heels for pictures 🙂

I’m wearing a pair of sparkly silver flats I purchased from Wal-Mart for about $6.
P.S. I LOVE your shoes!

Cute! I’m definitely not wearing heels. I’m going to wear some cute sparkly sandals.

I wore wedges for the ceremony then just went barefoot the rest of the night.

I’m definitely wearing sandals!

I bought flip flops from Etsy, half of the proceeds go towards stopping the ivory trade in Africa. 😁

longdistancelove : I have a pair of badgley mischka wedges I’m wearing for the ceremony/first dance. But after that, I’m changing into my rose gold glam tieks!

I wore heels, but was in flip flops by the time dinner was over.

I’m getting a pair of gold Tieks, but there’s a good chance I’ll wind up barefoot. It is gonna be on a beach, after all.

I have heels that I picked out a LONG time ago. They are about 6 inches tall. But I am starting to have 2nd thoughts and a large part of me wants to get some gold, sparkly flats instead and just wear the heels for the garter removal.
The practicality of spending hours in heels while wearing the heaviest, most intricate outfit of my life is starting to feel overwhelming.
The problem is that my dress was hemmed exactly to match these shoes so if I lose 6 inches of my height I am not sure it will look right…plus I am so short (5 ft 0) and Fiance is so tall (6 ft 2) that I think heels would help balance stuff out for pics. 😐

longdistancelove : I wore Sam & Libby flats that I got from Target on clearance for $2.24. They were a very pale pink color with a bow. I had a bridesmaid paint flowers on them.

I went completely barefoot the whole time, ceremony, pictures, reception and all. 🙂 It wasn’t on a beach either, it was a outdoor venue with a barn.

I’m wearing heels for the ceremony and lunch, but our reception is in our hotel suite (15 guests) so i’ll likely forgo shoes altogether at that point.

Rose gold sandals and then changing in to rose gold Converse! I’m not a heel girl, even though I’m short.
