Mon, Tue & Today – Gym by 6:30am before work. 45 min on the elliptical this AM. WOOF.

Every day this week…

Sun – cardio, strength

Mon – 45 min on bike

Tues – run 3 miles

Wed – leg workout (kind of phoned this in but was running late)

@NurseMandie:  Ran just over 5 miles on Monday. Thankfully I was only sore on Tuesday and the soreness went away rather quicly 🙂 I’m going to run a few miles today and Saturday and then doing the long run on Monday. Gotta get ready for this 10k on Thanksgiving!

Just Monday so far this week, but I’ve not been feeling well. I suppose doing a lot of walking possibly counts, but still.

Anyway, back to squats, bench and rows on Friday and front squats, press and deadlift on Sunday.

Actually, I couldn’t keep up for like the first 10 lessons. Haha, but you can do it!

@menzies:  I don’t get sore anymore either.

I’m thinking of starting crossfit because I actually miss the feeling of sore muscles! I look good, but the soreness made me feel like I has accomplished something, haha.

@letigre:  Haha. I like that I don’t get sore. I’m so moody when the husband touches my thighs and they’re sore. 

I don’t want to gain more muscle or lose any (if that makes sense) so I’m just sticking to this. Right now I’m 5’6 and 105 pounds so I’m pretty happy haha

I went to the gym on Tuessday and Bikram Yoga last night. I plan to do Bikram again tonight and tomorrow morning.

@NurseMandie:  Crossfit. Today we have to do some weights and then 5 rounds of 10 dumbell lunges, jumpropes, 15 burpees and a 200 meter run. AAAAH!

Great post!
I’ve had a less than stellar week.
I went to body flow on Sunday and pilates on Tuesday. I usually go for a 5-6k run with a friend wed evenings, but skipped that yesterday (cold+getting dark early= blech).
I usually have a really good workout on Thursdays (cx works + 20 mins cardio intervals on the treadmill), but I have to miss it to go pick up my dress 🙂

I just downloaded  the 7 minute workout app and the nike training club app which I’ve heard good things about. I think I might sqeeze those in Friday before Fiance and I go out for gourmet burgers and beer.

I’m very excited because I’m going back to body pump this Saturday after taking a few months off from it due to an injury.. I’m feeling strong enough to go back and I REALLY miss the feeling of being sore from it. It’s going to be horrible and amazing at the same time!!

@NurseMandie:  I’m 21w pregnant and I did pilates Monday, yoga last night and I have pilates again in 1 hour. We did arms in pilates on Monday and they are just starting to feel better today just in time to do it all over again 🙂

I did! Mon-body pump Tues-bodyflow and today I have my two hour socasize bootcamp then Fri-body pump again
