(Closed) Who worked out this week?

Me!  I did boot camp on Tuesday and cardio yesterday and I will be going to boot camp tonight.  I pulled a back muscle lifting a 300lb tire on Tuesday but I am still working out through the pain. 

 

My current schedule is boot camp 2-3 days a week and cardio and strength training 2 days a week.

I ran a race about ten days ago and I was BEAT. Up until then I was pretty consistant but that race really wiped me out.

Yesterday was my first day back the gym. I did 2M on the treadmill and I felt like I was gonna die. LOL. But that’s what I get for taking too much time off. Going to a running club run this evening.

Now that I’m following a structured plan to run a 1/2 marathon next year I have to be more consistant with my workouts. I have a race two weekends from now, a 5M so I have to pull it together and fast.

I did! Went for a run on Tues, took yesterday off, and did a crossfit workout today.

I work out 6 to 7 days a week and choose my workouts based on time and energy.

So far this week –

Sunday – Kettlebells

Monday – Stability ball core work-out

Tuesday- Bowflex

Wednesday – Core Fusion workout

Tonight – Step aerobics

I did Insanity Sunday, yesterday, and today.  I skipped Monday and Tuesday because my calf muscles were absolutely on fire!!  I’m pretty sore, but I’m glad to be back in it.  I wish I would’ve gotten more in this week, but I’m trying to focus on not beating myself up and getting frustrated when I skip days.

Love all these active bees!!

Sunday – 8.5 mile run (outside)

Monday – No limits cardio class

Wednesday – FIT class (functional integrated training – think strength and cardio total body high intensity training)  I was SORE from it this week. 

Friday – 3.1 mile speed run (outside)

I usually work out Tues and Thurs and make Fri my off day, but missed Insanity on Tuesday due to tight calves and missed power yoga Thursday due to work.

Ughh I’ve worked out every day for.. two weeks now. I’m doing a combination of 30 Day Shred + Extreme Shed & Shred + P90x Ab Ripper + P90x Yoga, and 10-20 minutes of elliptical on my 30DS and Ab Ripper days.

I did Extreme Shed & Shred today, levels 1 and 2, and while it’s so much easier to handle than when I started two weeks ago, I am feeling SORE right now.

But I measured myself and I’m down some inches on my hips and waist (natural waist, unfortunately not the lower abdomen waist-ish area where my fat likes to chill at), so I’ll keep up with it. ๐Ÿ˜€

Me!

I work out 5-7 times per week – 5 times this week. Monday, Tuesday and tomorrow (Sunday) I’m running; Wednesday I swam; Today (Saturday) I’m doing Yoga and I had Thursday and Friday off.

I was only planning on having one day off this week, but I was being lazy and didn’t get get out of bed on time because my SO was warm and snuggly.

I worked out twice this week- Friday and today.  I did some running, elliptical and cycling.  I am hoping to start going to some group exercise classes and just signed up the gym.  I also do weights with my arms 2-3 times a week.  It’s not super intense, but if I am watching a show on tv, I make myself use my 5 pound weights during commercials.  I need toned wedding arms! ๐Ÿ™‚

I was actually told by my trainer yesterday to NOT work out. After running a 5K on Sunday and then having a volleyball tournament I was lagging this week. I did Crossfit Monday and my personal training session with the Crossfit Trainer on Tuesday…I have another personal training session today.

I feel incredibly guilty when I don’t work out. I typically work out between Crossfit and volleyball practice/tournaments/league games 6 days a week with maybe one day off during the week. I am trying to force myself to take two days off to give my body a break.
