Hello Bees!!! I am going to the Kenny Chesney concert tomorrow, and i have been dying to go see him for years and years now! Granite they are going to be nose bleed seats, haha, but hey at least im going to be there!! i am so excited about it, i can barely sleep. i have seen sugarland, dierks bently, darius rucker, jason aldean, and the list goes on, but kenny is the one person that i could never catch tix to, but always wanted to go see. can you tell im a HUGE country fan yet? haha.
so it got me thinking what is the one person who you would LOVE to go see in concert? not just country, but any artist or band.

I would love to have seen Queen or the Doors. Obviously not going to happen!

I saw Mumford and Sons at Red Rocks and it was the best concert of my life — I would love to see them again.

I would have loved to see Leonard Cohen this year. My all time favorite.

@mrsw5711: I saw Kenny Chesney in 2008 during the Poets and Pirates Tour, he was amazing! ALL the girls were throwing him their bras, it was hilarious. His mike stand was weighed down with them all!
I’ve seen all the big country acts I would like to see, now I would really like to see Nicki Minaj or Lady Gaga, but have no one that would go to either of those concerts with me! Lady Gaga was in the area 2 years ago or more but the tickets were INSANE!
Here’s some Kenny for you from when I saw him 😉

This is gonna be obscure, but I would love to see an M-flo show at the end of their tour where they have a big show featuring all their big name guest singers!!! Their concert dvds always look so fun and awesome T-T!! There are many other bands I’d love to see, but this is probably the most difficult… XD

@mrsw5711: Yayyyy I’m seeing Kenny too on Saturday at Fedex field. I absolutely can’t wait!!!
I’ve seen quite a few country concerts too. But I would still love to see Taylor Swift. I still haven’t seen her because I don’t want to pay so much for the tickets.

i’ve been a fan of nysnc since the beginning and of course, loved justin timberlake. i always swore that i would see JT when he came to town during his solo career. well, the closest he is gonna be is houston and when i tried to buy tickets, sold out. very sad! i want to see him so bad but i’m hoping to end up seeing michael buble instead. definitely not a bad thing, we’ve seen him many times before and his show never gets old!

I’ve seen my favorites but I would love to see Fun., Mumford & Sons, Alt-J, Kings of Leon.
The best concert I’ve ever seen was Rob Zombie. He puts on an amazing show.

@bboot: I am so jealous, I would love to see them.

I would have loved to see so many bands that are not together or that band members have passed–the Beatles, the Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix Experience, Led Zeppelin… lots of great classic rock!
I would looove to go see the Rolling Stones play in DC next month but the nosebleed tickets are going for $300+ apiece! I saw them maybe 5 years ago and it was the best concert I’ve ever been to.

I’ve told my FI that I would have no qualms about planning my honeymoon around Daft Punk doing a world tour (that is, if they do a tour next year, which I hope they do). I don’t think anybody on my guest list would be surprised either – every vacation we’ve taken in the last two years, with the exception of visiting families for holidays, has revolved around a concert of some sort. Last year alone, we went to Texas to see Radiohead, NYC to see Amon Tobin, and Asheville for an electronic music festival.

I saw the Pixies two years ago and they were on my concert bucket list so that was awesome!
Unfortunately two of the other artists I would love to see are no longer alive – Elliott Smith & Jason Molina. I would’ve loved to see Amy Winehouse in concert while she was still alive as well. I’m going to see The Lumineers & The Avett Brothers next month and those are two artists I’ve wanted to see for awhile now.
Other artists I’d love to see: Bon Iver, Brand New, Third Eye Blind, Sufjan Stevens.
