I really like Ron Paul and it is frustrating to watch the main stream media snubbing him constantly!

I’m glad you included Ron Paul on your poll. I don’t plan to vote for him, but his dedication and perseverance are impressive, and I think he needs to be taken more seriously.

I’m not a fan of any of the candidates right now. But if I had to choose it would definitely be Ron Paul.

While I admire Ron Paul’s honesty and tenacity, I have a very hard time accepting his views on gay marriage (he’s firmly against it), the minimum wage (he’d like to see it abolished), support for Planned Parenthood (he’d see all support ended), and a dozen other issues. I get it: when government is too big, it’s too likely to overstep its bounds, but his views are too extreme in this regard for me. I like seeing factories regulated in terms of how much pollution they generate; I’d welcome more oversight of Wall Street so greedy, powerful people can’t manipulate the economy any more; and I think a baby up for adoption should go to the home most able to care for and nurture it, not one that’s picked for its number of men and women.

Obama isn’t perfect— he’s been hobbled by a hostile Republican contingent, and when the democrats had more power, they spent more time infighting than passing laws. But he’s done huge things to keep America’s economy from looking more like Greece’s, and he’s restored some of the goodwill in the global community towards America. I’m happy to give him another 4 years.

I would never vote for ron paul for one reason, he has no chance of winning. saying that if he was the republican canidate i would vote for him over Obama hands down but the fact is if you don’t want Obama another 4 years and u really want someone different in the white house you won’t vote for Ron Paul you will vote for Romney. Thats just the way i look at it. I can’t justify wasting a vote on someone who doesn’t stand a chance. Now if tomorrow the polls are saying Ron Paul had a chance of beating Obama in November i would definitly think about it. but he doesnt so. im voting for Romney b.c he supports what i support and he’s a business man. win. win.

@BearcatBetch:  Whether or not your candidate wins, your vote makes a statement. The only wasted vote is one not cast.

Ron Paul supports gay marriage on a political level. He thinks the goverment should just stay out of it and people should choose for themselves who to marry.
