swonderful:  I think I’m going to try it in March (well, after my vacation ends this week). I eat pretty healthy overall, but I LOVE cheese and eat yogurt pretty much every day – I think cutting out dairy will be the hardest for me. Plus, no wine for a month? I’m not looking forward to that. But my friend is almost done with her month, and she feels great (and lost 8 lbs). I’m not always the best at sticking with things, so hopefully I can keep up with this for the entire time.

I have done it before!  It is awesome and you will feel so amazing by the time you are done.  The big clencher will be when you attempt to eat your old favorite processed food.  You will want to spit it out.  I encourage you to work through the difficult days, because the accomplishment of 30 days will really make an impact on your health, motivation, and even skin!  Good job and good luck!

I think Im going to try it for March as well. I tried to go Paleo this last month, but the dairy part is really hard. Plus, I dont eat a lot of meat and I’m pretty sure tofu doesnt qualify as Paleo? Let us know how it goes!
