There are plenty of Etsy artists who make custom stamps, the company ‘stamp-it-up’ also makes them but i beleive they are size limited. I think etsy might be your best bet. We did consider making a stamp of our map but in the end we just had it printed becuase it was cheaper. Let me know what you find out !

I thought about doing this.. I bought stamps recently from simonsstamps.com and they are awesome quality.. I bought them for my STD and got a 5″ x 2″ but I was thinking about a 4″x5″  or 5″x4″ for my invite.. I would highly recommend them.. they were the cheapest I found and I got my stamps in 2 days from the time I submitted my order til when I had them in hand.. (and if you spend $40 which I did on two stamps and some stamping inks you get free shipping) I like them because you could customize each line by line if you wanted a different font or what not.. you can even upload graphics I believe but I didn’t try that out.. Hope that helps

@Soon2BeMrs7913:  Do you happen to know the item # of what you ordered? The largest I have found is 1 x 2? Was it one of the multi colored ones?

I bought a stamp for our save-the-dates from Antiquaria. I only did one practice and actually embossed the lettering and it turned out really well!

The people from the company do a lot of guest posts on Oh So Beautiful Paper blog, so they can act as a ‘How to’: http://ohsobeautifulpaper.com/category/guest-posts/antiquaria/

You can look at their stamps on their website: http://antiquariadesignstudio.bigcartel.com/category/rubber-stamps

So far, I’ve only used the “sophisticate” save-the-date rubber stamp with colorbox black pigment ink and clear embossing powder. Just used precut paper from http://www.paperandmore.com. Not sure if that was what you were looking for or not!

rubberstamps.net is the best deal I’ve found on the internet.  You can buy a variety of sizes, handle or no handle.
