We technically have 2 cars but mine has been down for the count since my brother crashed it last year. We split the insurance on his car and refer to it as “our” car. I’m sure we’d split the payments on it if there were any.
Despite him living here for 2 years now, and knowing his way around to moooost things, I still drive. Unless we visit his parents, then he gets to drive.

We both have a car. I have a newer version of the same car he has so technically it doesn’t matter which one we take. However, mine has fewer miles so he insists on taking mine when we go someplace.

We take his most of the time because it’s a lot nicer (and newer) than mine.

We’ll drive his for longer trips and vacations. We’ll drive mine for in town errands. However, if it’s hot out, we’ll drive his since he has AC and I do not.

Only he has a car so we take that! He has to drive to work, whereas I can take public transit so we only need one for the moment.

We both have a car. His is newer and sportier and only has 2 doors. Mine is older and your typical 4-door sedan. They actually get about the same gas mileage. The deciding factor is usually, “who’s car is out”… meaning we have a 1-car garage and driveway. So the person that got home second is the one who’s car we’re taking 🙂

There is no option for our car situation. We have a car and a company SUV. Lately weve been hauling a lot for the company so it gets quite a bit of use but usualy the car is used more since it uses so little gas.

He has a 2-door Mustang, I have a 4-door Nissan; so when we have his son (often), we go with the 4-door but when we go out just the two of us, we take the Mustang — unless he might drink, then we take my car b/c I can’t drive stick.

We both have cars… his is the one used for long trips, mine is used more for running around town.

We both have cars, but if we are both going somewhere, we generally take his. My car is a 21 year old 2-door coupe. DH is 6’2 so he likes more room!
However, we are currently car shopping for me, and I that when we purchase a car for me, it will become the new ‘go-to-car’.

I have one car, Fiance has two (one for commuting & his jeep). My car is old & kinda a piece of junk, haha. Honestly, I’m afraid of it breaking down so I mainly drive my car around town. We use the other two cars for everything else. Plus, his jeep is way cooler than my dumb old car 🙂

We both have our own and take them both equally – mine gets better gas mileage but his has more room to hold stuff, so it sort of depends on what we’re doing. We’ll drive each others’ cars as well, but if one of us prefers to drive, we’ll usually take that persons’ car (as we each prefer driving our own car).

We both have cars– early in the relationship he did ALL the driving. My car was a total junker with no AC and he had a great truck with a nice sound system; so he always wnated to take that unless he was drinking or something, then I’d drive (I wasn’t 21 yet when we met).
Now it’s a pretty even split though– I have a better car that he doesn’t mind being a passanger in, and depending on where we are going my car is much easier since it’s smaller and can fit in more places.
